エレベータは、定期点検等により使用できないときがありますので、点検日程は仙台市交通局ホームページにてご確認ください。
改札へは、たいはっくる前の南1出口、JR長町駅側南2出口の各エレベータがご利用になれます。なお、駅にはホーム渡り板も配備しております。その他、介助等が必要な場合も駅務員が対応いたしますので、最寄りの改札にてお申し出ください。
ＪＲ長町駅への乗り換えには、南２出口エレベータをご利用頂くとより便利です。
