車いすでフェリーご乗船の場合は、船内スロープウェイが利用できます。また、乗用車でも船内スロープウェイを利用して客室入口まで行けます。ご予約の際にお申し出下さい。 車いす貸出サービスを行っており、臼杵港に車いすをご用意しています。（宇和島運輸） ご利用を希望されるお客様は係員までお知らせください。
身障者用駐車場はありません。一般駐車場はあります（無料）。 JR臼杵駅よりタクシー約5分。
