基本的に連絡の必要はありませんが､利用する船会社へご連絡いただけると対応しやすいです。
ゆりかもめ「竹芝」駅からの利用の場合､改札口を出てすぐのビル（サウスタワー）の3階よりエレベーターを利用し1階へ降りてください。 客船ターミナルの駐車場としてはありませんが､サウスタワー・ノースタワー地下駐車場の利用となります。またサウスタワー地下2階の一部に身障者用スペースがあります。
