JR改札口からエレベーターで1階へ降りて頂き、チェックインカウンターまで直接お越し頂けます。 自家用車の方も駐車場から直接お越し頂けます。（身障者用駐車スペースあり） 通常はチェックイン時に専用の車いすに乗り換えて頂きます。 ターミナル正面駐車場には、車いす利用の方（12台分）、高齢者・乳幼児連れ家族用の方（38台分）のスペースがございます。
