〇1番ホーム発着の列車（旭川方面行き）は駅舎側のため段差がありません。なお、２番ホーム（名寄・稚内方面行）は、駅舎から跨線橋を渡りますが、エレベーターや階段昇降機等の車いす対応設備がありません。
〇お手伝いをさせていただく係員数が不足している場合や、駅係員の不在時は、近隣駅から係員の手配等が必要になりますので、ご利用がお決まりになりましたら予めご連絡いただきますようご協力をお願いいたします。なお、係員の手配がつかない場合、希望される列車のお時間や利用駅の変更等をご相談させていただくことがございます。
