改札へは、仙台市役所前北1出口のほか、141ビル三越定禅寺通り館の営業時間中は、地下2階東のエレベータもご利用になれます。改札からホームへのエレベータは、北改札からのみとなりますのでご注意ください。なお、駅にはホーム渡り板も配備しております。その他、介助等が必要な場合も駅務員が対応いたしますので、最寄りの改札にてお申し出ください。
