ホーム（２階）から改札口（1階）まではエレベーターで移動できますが、車両からホームの間に段差がある為、駅係員によりスロープでの対応となります。なお、駅係員不在時間がある為、出来れば1週間前に大洗駅029-267-5202までご連絡ください。時間帯によっては対応できない場合がございます。ご了承ください。
車椅子のお客様は、事前にご連絡頂けますと幸いです。
１つのホームですので上り（水戸方面）、下り（鹿島神宮方面）、どちらも御利用になれます。
