ご利用時に、駅改札窓口または駅係員よびだしインターホンでお申し付けいただければ係員が応対いたします。なお、改札窓口営業時間外、また営業時間であっても一時的に係員が不在にする場合など、状況によりご案内までお待ちいただくことがございますので、ご利用の日時を各駅もしくは下記の連絡先まで事前にお知らせいただければよりスムーズなご案内が可能です。
1. 京都河原町方面へは北改札口よりインターホンでお知らせください。 2. 大阪梅田方面へは西改札口よりインターホンでお知らせください。但し、西改札口のご利用時間は、6：15-21：00 までです。（上記営業時間帯で土曜・休日等、ビル入口閉鎖時はインターホンでご連絡ください。） 西改札口閉鎖後は東改札口までお越しいただき、駅係員までお知らせください。
☆注意 連絡先 0570-089-500（交通ご案内センター）は【平日9：00 - 22：00および土・日、祝日9：00 - 19：00】のためその他の時間は075-211-1052（京都河原町駅）へご連絡お願いいたします。
