改札へは、バスプール前の北1出口エレベータがご利用になれます。なお、駅にはホーム渡り板も配備しております。その他、介助等が必要な場合も駅務員が対応いたしますので、最寄りの改札にてお申し出ください。
ＪＲ仙山線北仙台駅への乗り換えには、一度地上に出てＪＲ線の踏切を横断するなど、約十数分程度の時間を要します。事前にルートをご確認下さい。
