About usage

〇駅舎（待合室）を経由してホームまで行きます。ホームは二つで、音威子府・稚内方面のホームは駅舎の目の前にあり、駅舎とホームの境目に段差はありません。 名寄・旭川方面のホームは音威子府・稚内方面のホームの向かい側にあり、跨線橋（設備は階段のみ）を渡ります。
〇係員のお手伝いを希望される場合、近隣駅から係員の手配等が必要になりますので、ご利用がお決まりになりましたら予めご連絡いただきますようご協力をお願いいたします。なお、係員の手配がつかない場合、希望される列車のお時間や利用駅の変更等をご相談させていただくことがございます。
