４番出入口、６番出入口または７番出入口を利用し川端改札口までお越しください。改札階からエレベーターでホームまでお越しいただけます。
中洲川端駅は空港線（姪浜から福岡空港）と箱崎線（中洲川端から貝塚）の分岐駅です。ホームは地下２階と地下３階の２重構造になっています。天神駅を出て東に向かった列車は上下に別れ、貝塚行きは地下２階のホームへ福岡空港行きは地下３階のホームへと進入します。乗り換えの際はホーム東側（川端口側）のエレベーターをご利用ください。
